Poster is also a partner in Erasmus+ project Zero Waste Catering Lab. The project Catering Lab aims to digitalize catering education and to create a fully complete and functional business Zero Waste model in the catering industry with tools for digitalize learning and restaurant management.

As VET education in the HoReCa sector becomes more compatible with the labour market and environmental needs, the project framework is to deliver a model of business and education that answers the need for the catering service to contribute to environmental demands. What environment transformation catering education and business needs? As the project is focused to reduce the impact of the catering industry on climate change aims to create new educational and business tools to complete the Zero Waste process in the catering industry - from food producers, restaurants to end-users with the purpose to change behaviours towards the environment and social responsibility in the catering business. The the project will provide - e guide, Zero Waste video recipes, and Zero waste catering Lab application. With this digital tool, students will be able to access the learning content that will enable them to manage the catering process in Zero Waste standards.

The restaurant will be equipped with web applications to order ingredients by the Zero Waste principles and making the transition to the Zero Waste business more available and accessible. Local suppliers will be able to promote and distribute their local products through application and the responsible customer will have a fully transparent view of all food preparation processes / from ordering to delivery. Food delivery in the Zero Waste process demands recycled packaging and low carbon mission delivery. Project goals and activities are aligned are the general objective with the Erasmus + Programme especially as they support lifelong learning, the educational, professional and personal development of people in education, training, and youth, contributing to sustainable growth, quality jobs, and social cohesion, to drive innovation, and strengthen European identity and active citizenship.

The project is also aligned with Priorities of the Erasmus + regarding the promotion of European values because our project involves students with disabilities, health problems and minorities (Centar Slava Raškaj students). Project with its learning/evaluating tools also focuses on students with fewer possibilities in the VET education system by giving support and an individualized approach to a a specific group of students. The project proposal is also aligned with e Digital Education Action Plan (2021-2027)2 priorities of the Erasmus Programme, which aims to support this endeavour to engage learners, educators, youth workers, young people and organisations in the path to digital transformation.

The project is also aligned with the Priorities of Erasmus + The European Green Deal Communication which is the European new growth strategy and recognises the key role of schools, training institutions and universities is to engage with pupils, parents, and the wider community on the changes needed for a successful transition to becoming climate neutral by 2050.
